What A Debate: Miami – Night Two
A whole-ass 12 Democratic presidential candidates participated in the fourth Democratic debate — the largest presidential primary debate in U.S. history. Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Andrew Yang, Cory Booker, Beto O’Rourke, Amy Klobuchar, Julián Castro, Tulsi Gabbard, and Tom Steyer (who made his debate debut tonight) shared the stage for three hours (!) of questions, hosted by CNN and the New York Times.
The top 10 Democratic presidential candidates appeared on the same stage at the same time (finally!) for the month’s only Democratic primary debate in Houston, Texas, where Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, Andrew Yang, Cory Booker, Beto O’Rourke, Amy Klobuchar, and Julián Castro answered questions about health care, gun violence, education, and foreign policy.
Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Julián Castro, Andrew Yang, Jay Inslee, Kirsten Gillibrand, Tulsi Gabbard, Bill de Blasio, and Michael Bennet hit the stage Wednesday for the second night of the second Democratic primary debate, which clocked in at almost three hours. Thankfully, there’s not another one of these until September. Enjoy your August recess Congress (and America).
On Tuesday night, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Beto O'Rourke, Marianne Williamson, Amy Klobuchar, John Hickenlooper, Tim Ryan, John Delaney, and Steve Bullock graced a debate stage for over 2.5 hours, aka for far too long.
The first Democratic presidential debate continued on Thursday night, with another 10 candidates on stage: Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, Kirsten Gillibrand, Michael Bennet, Andrew Yang, Marianne Williamson, John Hickenlooper, and Eric Swalwell.
The first debate of the 2020 Democratic primary was Wednesday night, and everyone was working out the kinks, from the 10 candidates on stage, to NBC’s control room, to our team right here at Crooked HQ!
