Before ending up on the Hill, Moulton served four tours of duty in Iraq as a member of the United States Marine Corps, where he was discharged as a captain, and liked Harvard so much that he got three degrees: his B.A, M.B.A., and M.P.P. Ask all young Americans to serve in military, AmeriCorps, or a new Federal Green Corps in exchange for education and job training benefits.

Foreign Policy

Reduce spending on current weapons systems, focus on funding new technologies and strengthen our relationship with NATO.

Mental Health

Make mental health check-ups routine for active duty military and veterans, fund yearly mental health screenings for high schoolers, and establish a National Mental Health Crisis Hotline.
