Joe Biden served as the 47th Vice President of the United States from 2009-2017. Before his time in the Obama administration, Biden served in the Senate from 1973-2009 where he represented Delaware and was the Chairman or Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary and Foreign Relations Committees. He also logged a ton of miles on Amtrak, and has a deep, unabiding love for aviators, trains, and ice cream.
